Hello friends. Hope you all are
doing well. Going to write a blog after so many days. So many things have
changed during this period. A new advertisement has come in to market on IDEA
making your life better and brighter in which son exchanges mobiles of his
father and mother to realize the pain of each other’s work. One of my friends
has resigned his job in reputed global company of 17 LPA CTC and has joined in
an art of living school run by a charity. My roommate got engaged to his love
kicking me out of our shared flat. IPL
cheer girls have become a flavor substituting the pain of Boston marathon
blast. My boss is also happy as we all
did overall well in last financial year. Life goes on. Best of luck to all who
are fighting either for a graduation seat or a job in this hot summer.
During my stay in hot telengana
belt of andhrapradesh since last 8 months I have lost 5 kilos. I have remembered that day when I first came
to my location. Before that I had a lot of fun for 2 months with my friends
there in Gurgaon and then in Kolkata. I came here with zero experience. I was
given a profile which I had not even heard of during my b-tech days. Few call
it institutional sales and some other calls it Consumer Sales and our
department calls it industrial and corporate dealings. My reporting boss
remained with me in my location for one week to make me understand my job and
making me introduce with all customers. He is graduate from IIT Madras. A very
sharp minded and hardworking person. Since my work is something working away
from my head office in Hyderabad he made me introduce with some of his good old
b-tech friends in my location in which someone is of DGM stature in NTPC and
other is of GM stature of Birla group of cements who have
guided me a lot during this last 8 months. So during these days I have never
thought of working for a particular company rather a group of companies.
And today atleast I have
developed few friends here in this area who might not be of my age but of my
father’s age with whom atleast I can share my personal talks and can go for an
evening walk. All these credits I give to my reporting boss who now got
transferred cum promoted to Gujarat where he will be acting as state HOD in my
department. Wising him best of luck and better days ahead.
